My Bio
I am a freelance artist that has been published in a handful of books and have done a lot of specific works for individuals. Currently i have a small window to try to start building a career as an artist. I do pencil portraits more than anything else as jobs go, but can also work in colored pencil, acrylics, ink, oils, and pastels. I lost over a hundred original works in a house fire in 2006, and i tend to give away originals to individual buyers without photographing them first, so my current portfolio is pretty pathetic. Fortunately i have had the opportunity to start rebuilding and do currently have a number of originals again, and i do have some scans and photos of previous work. Even if i can only do pencil portraits for a living i would be happy with it, but i hope to be able to explore and develop my own style again if i have the freedom to. I enjoy drawing and painting the female form and dreamlike settings, and i have a secret addiction to inventing creatures that are hopefully frightening or at least unsettling.

I have 7 good scans of some of my 11 x 15's now, but still have a ton of smaller and larger pieces to get good images for. On the way hopefully this week :)

I apologize for the low-quality images. I don't really have the resources or environment right now to take quality pictures or make scans, but hopefully if i can sell a few i can make it happen. I know its a long shot, but it may be the only chance i get.

Your work is truly wonderful and quite unsettling, if not downright creepy. I love it! That is a terrible tragedy about losing your work in the fire. I like to believe that art has a soul and continues to exist on forever, even if its physical form is lost. (but, that's just me.) I'm so glad you are an artist in this world. I am signed up to enjoy all your future work!
